Additional years of product support and updates are available as a bundled service and can be purchased initially or after your initial 1 year of included support and updates has expired. Genesis highly recommends customers purchase annual maintenance renewals to ensure specifically that your Call Accounting, Traffic Reporting, Contact Center Reporting and 911 reporting software includes the latest software enhancements and reporting functionality available. Genesis also highly recommends customers using GenSwitch as their Nortel MAC solution keep on the program as well as this ensures future PBX features and releases are fully supported and utilized by your Genesis software.
