Live product demonstrations are available for download or online viewing, however we ask that you please contact our sales office for the necessary login information.

Genesis Call Accounting, Traffic Manager, Contact Center Manager and GenAlert web-based applications have been designed to share a common tabbed user interface. Likewise our client software has been designed to function identically across different product solutions and versions. Genesis has ensured that the same reporting and configuration screens are reused whenever possible, greatly reducing additional training time for each individual application.

One of our sales representatives will be happy to schedule a time to demonstrate one or all of our products for you or your organization. Alternatively we can simply provide you with login information so you can review our products at your own convenience.

Please note that all Genesis products are available in both client and web versions.
