IP Collection Option

Genesis IP Collection is designed for single-site (and optionally multi-site) operations with network access. Call data generated at remote locations, by either a serial or IP connection to your switchboard, is automatically routed across your network or the internet for collection and processing at a central Genesis site. Where multi-sites are involved, each sites’ information is categorized separately at the central site. Call data collection is continuous, in real time, so you always have immediate access to the most current call statistics and information. Genesis IP Collection eliminates the need for additional costly hardware such as dedicated phone lines, modems, buffer boxes and other storage devices.
