Configurable User Accounts
Our professional software versions allow you to give selective access to individuals who do not need to be able to perform certain duties.

Email Reporting
A no charge option that emails reports instantly or later automatically to their destinations.

IP Collection
A no charge option that collects switchboard Call Accounting data, traffic statistics, ACD information or 911 alerts generated and processes them at a central location via TCP/IP.

Remote Assistance
Allows a certified Genesis support technician to perform troubleshooting or other tasks for you. (internet connection required)

Web-Based Interface
In addition to our standard client interface, our professional versions are available with our easy to use web-based interface, allowing users to administer their Genesis telecom software from anywhere.

Hardware Options:

Buffer Boxes
Primarily used for remote sites, or for interfacing with legacy serial ports, buffer boxes provide a backup storage location in the event of network disruption. Buffer boxes also serve as temporary storage devices for retaining call information prior to processing and have serial to IP and passthru capabilities. Buffer boxes are available in 1, 2 and 4 port versions.

Ether-Serial Devices
Convert any legacy telephone system serial ports to an IP network connection, allowing internal and remote accessibility via your established network. Especially useful when it is impractical to run cabling between the Genesis computer and your non-IP supported PBX.
