IP Collection

An Included Option with all Genesis Software

Genesis IP Collection is designed for single-site and multi-site operations with network access. Call Accounting data, traffic statistics, ACD information or 911 alerts generated at remote locations, by either a serial or IP connection to your switchboard, is automatically routed across your network or the internet for collection and processing at a central Genesis site. Where multi-sites are involved, each sites’ information is categorized separately at the central site. Call data collection is continuous, in real time, so you always have immediate access to the most current call statistics and information.

Genesis IP Collection can eliminate the need for additional costly hardware such as dedicated phone lines, modems, buffer boxes and other storage devices when IP connections are available to your telephone system / PBX.

Please note that not all phone systems are IP capable, however hardware is available from Genesis to provide you with this functionality. If you require more information on a serial to IP device or buffer box please feel free to contact us.
