Genesis Call Accounting Data Options

The Genesis Data Importer eliminates double entry of your extension and department names and numbers, trunk numbers, routes access codes, phone types, etc. into both your Nortel switch and Genesis Call Accounting product.

With the Genesis Data Importer option, Genesis Call Accounting extracts this information automatically from your Nortel /Avaya Meridian 1 or CS1000 switch (utilizing our GenSwitch MAC Software) and updates your system files ensuring your system always remains current.

The Genesis Data Importer can be configured to update some or all of your sites if you are using a multi-site capable version of our Call Accounting software. The Genesis Data Importer still permits phantom and dummy extensions to be administered as entries that do not correspond to your PBX data will remain unmodified.
