Genesis Call Accounting Data Options

The Genesis Data Export Utility allows you to extract call data from Genesis files in virtually any customized format. You supply us with your requirements and we customize the export utility to meet your needs. The Export Utility also keeps track of which records were previously exported to avoid duplication and allows the extraction process to be automated. The Genesis Data Export Utility can be customized to output other relevant information as well (such as extension details, hierarchy, custom fields etc.)

The Genesis Data Export Utility works with both Call Accounting Express and Call Accounting Professional, Hotel Express and Hotel Professional software versions.

Please note that hotel systems do not require the Genesis Data Export Utility to interface with a Property Management System.
