Genesis Call Accounting Available Options

The Genesis PMS Interface option automatically transmits CDR data from your call accounting software to your PMS application. Genesis Systems can interface with a large variety of Property Management Systems right out of the box with little or no configuration necessary. Chances are we already have worked with your PMS vendor before.

The Genesis PMS Interface can be purchased as an additional option for Hotel Express Call Accounting users, however the option is included in all versions of Genesis Hotel Professional Call Accounting software.

Genesis can interface with your PMS application via file integration, TCP/IP or via a legacy serial port interface. Genesis is fully capable of running on the same or different computer hardware in order to meet the needs of your PMS vendor's application.

Virtually all different formats and protocols are supported to match your PMS requirements. Calls are buffered by Genesis in the event your PMS computer becomes unavailable to avoid call data loss. Please contact us if you would like to ensure your PMS application is fully supported.
