The Genesis PMS Interface option transmits call data from your call accounting software to your PMS by either cabling your Genesis computer to your Property Management System (PMS) computer, or by installing Genesis on the same computer as your PMS. Virtually all different formats and protocols are supported to match your PMS requirements. Calls are buffered by Genesis in the event your PMS computer becomes unavailable to avoid call data loss.
