The Multi Tenant option is for hotels sharing a common
switchboard who would also like to share a single Telemanagement
System. For example if you have separate administration and hotel
buildings sharing a common PBX that you would like to have
consolidated reporting for. Our Multiple Tenant version is the answer to this situation.
Call data is separated by tenant for privacy. Each tenant can
independently generate their own favorite reports automatically, or
on demand and have them printed, faxed or emailed to the desired
destination. Data security is ensured.
