The Multi Switch Local Real Time - option is for multi-site hotels and motels with more than one switchboard located in close proximity where they can be cabled directly to a central PC. This Multiple Switchboard version collects call data from multiple switchboards simultaneously, in real time. The switchboards can even be different makes and models. The call data is stored on a central computer where reports can be produced manually or automatically and printed, faxed or emailed to the desired destination. Call data can also be optionally transmitted to another computer running a Property Management System (PMS) for consolidated billing.

The Multi Switch Network Real Time - option is for multi-site hotels and motels with existing computer networks that have more than one switchboard that they wanted monitored. Call data is collected locally at each site and routed in real time to a main central site using their own network or the internet. The switchboards can even be different makes and models. The call data is stored on a central computer where reports can be produced manually or automatically and printed, faxed or emailed to the desired destination. Call data can also be optionally transmitted to another computer running a Property Management System (PMS) for consolidated billing.
