For several years Genesis Systems has

software suites. In the fall of 2006 Genesis began releasing our
Express and Professional Call Accounting software packages.
Genesis Express Call Accounting is built
upon the same platform that made our Genesis Plus
and Genesis Lite series so successful.
We’ve added more features and a new interface unlike any other
product on the market. We’ve created a superior product and offer it

Optional Add-On Features:
Property Management System (P.M.S.) Interface
- Many hotels/motels utilize a property management system which is
capable of posting call detail information from Genesis to guest
folios. To make things easier, Genesis Express can automatically
post calls to a P.M.S. and eliminate the need for manually posting.
Reverse lookup - Sometimes you need
more information on dialed phone numbers. With the Reverse lookup
feature finding out who was called is only a click away.
Live updates - With the constant changes
in the telecommunication industry, how can you ensure that Genesis
Express is up-to-date? Genesis Live Updates are available to any
computer that is running Genesis Express and is on the internet.
Genesis Live Update notifies the user when updates are available and
allows them to download them.
Alarm
Monitoring - Notifies anyone in your organization by e-mail,
cell phone, pager or fax that your system has encountered an error,
or a 911 call.

- Telephone system with CDR or SMDR output
- IBM or PC Compatible
- MS-DOS, Windows 95b+, Unix or Linux Operating System
- One serial port (minimum)
- One printer (for printing reports)
- Hard disk with at least 20 megabytes free
