If you have a Nortel SL-1 or Meridian 1 Telephone system, the Genesis COPS Interrogator can disconnect suspect calls in real-time as they are in progress. You define the tables that determine suspect calls and let Genesis check your Nortel phone system and disconnect any calls that match your criteria. For example, you want any calls to area code 809 over 5 minutes, or any calls over $50.00 disconnected. COPS can then notify you of this action by printing a report, fax, email or even sending a text message to your cell phone. Now that's control!
